Introduction To The Emptiness Feeling
Do you have an emptiness feeling in you?
Like no matter what you do, you are off track, and you are floating around aimlessly through life.
If you feel like there is an emptiness inside of you, that’s because there is.
It’s not your fault, and it doesn’t mean anything about who you are as a person or how others perceive you.
But now that we’ve gotten that out of the way: What do we do about it?
Well first all of we need to understand the reasons why you are getting these emptiness feelings.
The next few examples are not exhaustive by any means, but will give you a clearer indication of what position in life you have found yourself in.
Do You have The Emptiness Feeling As You feel unlovable?
If you feel like you can never be loved then you are not alone.
This emptiness feeling is a result of a lack of love in your childhood and the inability to see, or even believe in yourself as lovable.
This feeling can also come from the fact that you may have experienced abuse at any stage of your life.
If this is the case, it will be difficult for you to trust others and give them access to your heart because it may cause feelings of betrayal and pain which could be very hard for you to handle emotionally.
It could also stem from an incident where someone betrayed or hurt you in some way, making it harder for them (or other people) ever again to earn their trust when they try reaching out with an act of kindness or affection towards them – especially if there isn’t much evidence showing such things are genuine rather than just being empty gestures made out of pity or obligation alone!
Many people struggle with this type of emptiness feeling, as they desprately want connection with someone romantically and emotionally but feel like its never going to happen.

Perhaps You Feel Like You Are An Outsider In Life
You’re an outsider.
You might feel like no one understands you.
Like no one knows where you’re coming from, or why you do the things that you do.
You may also feel like there are people out there who are better at life than you—people who have it all together, and will never make mistakes or lose their cool.
But what if I told you that none of us were meant to be perfect?
What if I told you that we were all bound to fail sometimes? What if I told you that those other people we’ve been telling ourselves are so much better than us aren’t really any different?
We all go through ups and downs in life—and when they happen, they can leave us feeling pretty low on ourselves as well as others around us.
One of the best ways of getting over this emptiness feeling inside you is look for your tribe online or in real life.
No matter how strange or out of place you feel, there are other similar people out there too. Just go and find them
Do You have The Emptiness Feeling As You're Too Busy Helping Others
As we get older, it’s easy to find ourselves losing sight of the things that matter most.
We become so busy taking care of everyone else that we forget about ourselves.
You need to be able to take care of yourself first before you can take care of others.
The more time and attention you give your own life, the more energy and positivity you’ll have for others.
When we’re not being mindful about our own self-care, it can lead to feelings like emptiness or depression in our lives—and ultimately affect how we interact with others and show up at work or school.
You know the old phrase about putting your mask on first?
Well if you have this emptiness feeling inside you then it’s you should start focusing in on yourself instead.
You Dont Know What You Want To Do With Your Life
When you feel like you don’t know what you want to do with your life, it can make you feel like a failure and cause a lot of stress.
You don’t know what your purpose is, so it feels as if everything is going in the wrong direction.
You might feel like everyone else has their lives figured out and that they have some sort of purpose in life while you’re still lost in this world.
It can be overwhelming when you live with so much uncertainty every day and struggle to find meaning in anything that happens around you.
This feeling of emptiness can also lead to depression when someone is constantly questioning themselves about things such as work or schoolwork because they aren’t sure what direction they should take with their career path or education goals–or even just daily tasks like cooking dinner or cleaning house!
If someone doesn’t have any sense of direction (or purpose), then there won’t ever be any motivation for them to achieve anything positive because nothing matters anymore since everything seems pointless anyway.”
You're Afraid Of Being Rejected
Rejection is the act of refusing or denying a person’s request. It can be emotional, physical, or psychological in nature.
A fear of rejection is the feeling that you will be rejected by another person because of your looks, personality, or something else about yourself.
You might feel afraid that your confidence will be damaged if someone rejects you.
That’s why some people try to avoid getting close to new people and going out in public places where they might have to face rejection head-on.
You Spend Your Whole Life Pleasing Everyone
You spend your whole life pleasing everyone.
You want to be liked by everyone, you want to be respected by everyone, you want people to think highly of you and your work.
This is not only exhausting, but it’s also a waste of time and energy.
If you’re spending all this time trying to please others and get approval from other people, then that means that you are not doing yourself any favors in the long run.
You will never truly feel happy if the only time that you feel good about yourself is when someone else tells them how great they think that person is or what amazing things they’ve done with their life.
The same goes for helping others out; if all of your happiness comes from helping others out with no regard for what happens next because it doesn’t matter as long as someone else got what they needed—well then again:
You might feel good right now but where does it leave off?
The Emptiness Feeling Comes From Within, And To Beat It, We Have To Find What Is Causing The Emptiness Inside Of Us.
When we are not living in that place, it is easy to feel empty.
In fact, sometimes it feels like the void is all around us.
But what if I told you that the feeling of emptiness comes from within?
What if I told you that this feeling of emptiness is not something outside of yourself?
It makes sense when you think about it: if your actions are driven by a lack of self-worth then how could anything ever be good enough for you?
If your life revolves around trying to fill up an imagined inner void then nothing will ever be able to fill it because there is nothing wrong with who and what you are!
Take a moment to reflect on your own situation.
Maybe you’re dealing with one of these feelings or something similar.
If so, know that you are not alone! No matter how hard it can feel sometimes, there is always hope and help available if we reach out for it. And if you don’t know where to start?
